How do I cancel my account?

Please provide 30 days notice prior to cancelling your account. If you cancel your accout without providing 30 days of advanced notice you will be billed for another month of hosting. Depending on the other services such as Domain Administration, SSL Certificiates, IP Addresses, E-commerce software and other products, you may be billed as well.
PCI Compliant
If you require your site to be PCI compliant there are some things that you will need:
- Dedicated IP address
- SSL Certificate
- Quarterly McAffee Scans

What happens if my account is suspended?

Account invoices must be paid in full prior to the hosting period. If you have outstanding invoices for hosting your account may be suspended.

Your account may also be suspended if the software utlized is not maintained to the most stable latest release. If you use a content management system like Joomla or WordPress the software must be up-to-date. This is part of our Terms of Service.
